I've always strived to lead by example while remaining accountable for my team, and available to each team member.  I believe in harnessing the strength of collaboration, but always letting an individual's talent shine through unscathed.  Through passionate leadership and positive collaboration we define the collective vision, and with sustained enthusiasm we guide it into reality.  This is done by adhering to clear communication of responsibilities, remaining honest in personal strengths and limitations, and always working together to strengthen our collective ownership of the final product.  I work hard to utilize each part of the proverbial buffalo, and harness every available resource to its fullest potential.     

As a Creative Director I'm a generalist, a Jack-of-all-trades, with a shrewd eye for raw talent within a team.  In addition to the standard digital toolbox, I'm well versed in model making, cinematography, animation, lighting design, traditional stagecraft, manufacturing processes, vendor management, team building, and show logistics.  I never hesitate to go to bat for my team, and I always keep the communication open.  With a clear focus on the exciting technology we harness, I hold onto my deep passion for traditional craftsmanship.  Having earned an intimate understanding of the creative process, I hold to the power of ideation to discover solutions. Together we uncover those hidden gems in a concept and coax them up to the surface. With realistic parameters as guardrails we're free to outdo our own expectations...to reach for the stars.  That's the joy in creation.
